Jacks or Better is probably defined as the most popular version of online video poker.
Once a player has placed a bet of 1 or more coins, they are dealt 5 cards. The player then chooses which of the 5 cards they want to hold and which to discard. The discarded cards are replaced with new ones from the deck.
